Michigan Officewaysnot only handles our copiers, furniture, and supplies but also handles any and all repairs required on these items. Michigan Officeways has always provided us with outstanding customer service. Response time for equipment repair is immediate and efficient. The entire staff has always been courteous, profession, and helpful at all times. Their overall pricing has always been reasonable, even when compared to the "bog box" stores.
Bay Bluffs has been utilizing Michigan Officeways since 2005 for all of our copier, office supplies, and design needs related to coordination of office setup. Michigan Officeways always offers innovative solutions to all of our office needs in a timely manner. We have always found their staff to be courteous related to special orders and servicing of equipment.

Michigan Officeways has a strong 15+ year history with the Charlevoix Public Schools. Charlevoix Schools wanted to support a local company, but also wanted to get the right fit with new technology, while being fiscally responisble. Charlevoix Public Schools needed the technology to help make the communication with the Google Cloud services (Google Drive), Xerox mobile printing, and secure printing to all work seamlessly. The Xerox brand gave us all the function we were looking for with ease. The value Michigan Officeways provided and the fact they were a local company is what helped make our decision.
We can always count on prompt service when requested and I personally appreciate the ability to text Jeff directly and try to troubleshoot machine issues without him having to come in to school. Supply orders are delivered very quickly which is a great benefit of working with a local company. Being a local company, we also know many of the employees from having their children in our schools or from being former students themselves.
North Central Michigan College purchased a Hasler IM-460 Mail Machine through Michigan Officeways this past summer. Once they had a clear picture of our needs, they presented three separate Hasler mail machines to us. During the presentation, I found Chad and Dave to be very knowledgeable. One of the most important factor to us in purchasing a new mailing machine was the customer service provided after the sale. Michigan Officeways has met and exceeded our expectations.
July 8, 2013 North Country Community Mental Health purchased the Neopost IS-460. This machine has had no problems over the past three years. We mail out postage daily which includes large mailers. We send a check for postage to Neopost which goes into our account. I can easily draw on this account directly from the Neopost IS-460 and add to the postage machine. As of this date we have never been without the use of this machine. When it comes time to purchase a new postage machine, we will be calling Chad Closson at Michigan Officeways.
